Egg Burji

Ingredients:
Onion - 1 Large 
Pepper - 1 tsp
Egg - 6
Chillies - 3
Cinnamon powder - 1 tsp
Chopped Coriander - 1/4 bunch
Curry leaves - 4
Salt - To Taste
Oil - 2 tsp

Method:
  • Take a  flat non-stick pan, pour 2 tsp of oil and once the oil is heated, add finely chopped onions.
  • As the onion turns golden brown. Add  chillies, cinnamon powder, pepper powder and curry leaves along with all the eggs. Fry all the ingredients together quickly by adding little salt (as egg will be cooked very quickly).
  • Shimmer the flame and cover the lid for 2 minutes and later add chopped coriander.
  • Egg Burji is ready to be served with chapati.  








Pepper chilli chicken gravy

Ingredients:
Onion - 2 Large 
Pepper - 2 tsp
Chicken - 1 kg
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Cardamom - 4
Chopped garlic - 6
Ginger paste - 1 tsp
Chillies - 8 - 10
Cinnamon and Cloves powder - 1 tsp
Salt - To Taste
Oil - 2 tsp
Corn flour - 2 tsp(optional)
Warm water to mix corn flour powder- 1 cup(optional)

Method:
  • Take a  flat non-stick pan, pour 2 tsp of oil and once the oil is heated, add thin sliced onions.
  • As the onion turns golden brown. Add chicken, chillies, cinnamon and cloves powder along with chopped garlic and ginger paste. Fry all the ingredients together adding little salt.
  • Close the lid and let chicken cook for a while with the masala
  • Add turmeric powder once chicken pieces start turning white (almost cooked). Try to cook slowly for 30min
  • Optional (add corn flour mixed in water to make the gravy thicker, Need to boil for some more time after adding corn flour)
  • Serve with any roti or rice of your choice.
